The Sunday Post: Mini Lush Haul

Sundays are Lush days....
There's just something about Sundays: lazy mornings, brunch (all the avocado toast), and a well-deserved pamper. Ah Sundays, you are wonderful. So, to celebrate the joys of lazy Sundays, I thought I would share you will my recent(ish) purchases from Lush (aka one of my most favourite places on earth).

The Comforter Shower Cream is a bit of a gem really. The Comforter scent is such a Lush classic and it's so instantly recognisable. It smells divine. It seriously reminds me of a mixture of Ribena and the raspberry sauce from ice-cream vans. All the berry loveliness. There's just something so nostalgic and, as the name suggests, comforting about this scent. The formula of the shower cream is also really moisturising but not too thick. It's so luxurious: a perfect product for a Sunday pamper.

Winter is such a nightmare for my skin. Recently, my skin has been looking so lacklustre, feeling beyond dry and I've been suffering from the occasional breakout. Urgh- winter can you not?!  Luckily, Lush has come to the rescue with the Mask of Magnaminty. Let me just get straight to the point: this is a wonder product. Seriously, why have I not tried this sooner? The Mask of Magnaminty is a multi-purpose product that hydrates, exfoliates and helps reduce those pesky spots. After just one use my skin felt smoother, softer and brighter. I love how this mask feels on the skin: the mint is so refreshing and invigorating. Yet, it's still really gentle on the skin. The Mask of Magnaminty has become a staple in my skincare routine and my skin is thanking me for it. I have my glow back and I've said goodbye to dry skin and breakouts.

Since I don't have a bath in my flat. I wish I did, I miss Intergalactic and Butterball. I have developed a thing for Lush's shower gels. They are amazing. But, The Olive Branch is just something else. I have to say this may be my favourite Lush product ever. The scent is just so intoxicating and unique: fruity, floral and musky. It's a unisex scent and is worlds apart from the super sweet and girly Lush scents (which I love, but if you don't, then try this product!). The Olive Branch reminds me of being on holiday: it's such a warming and earthy scent. It's also super moisturising (thanks to the Fair Trade olive oil) and it leaves your skin feeling oh-so-soft. It can also be used as a shampoo and leaves my hair feeling soft and looking silky. Just make sure you give the bottle a good shake before using to mix the oils with the gel. I just love everything about this product.

What are your favourite Lush products?
